The accommodation comprises of a modern open plan design with a extremely comfortable sofa bed with storage under for quilts, pillows etc. all supplied. Wardrobes and cupboads are available for your use. Colour Television and Video. Dining area and a small kitchenette with washer/dryer, refrigerator with freezer box, two ring electric hob and a convection oven/grill/microwave, ironing board and iron. All kitchen utensils supplied along with towels and tea towels. The bathroom has a bath with shower attachment.

Patio door off the lounge end of the studio lead to a private patio area which also has a garden table and chairs.

Lyndhurst is the capital of the New Forest and there are many attractions, walks and places of interest for you to explore.
